- Bleach - to get it light enough to achieve the correct blinding hue of color
- Colors: Choice of - neon green, neon orange, neon pink
- Tacky little hair accessories that you wore as a kid.
- Glitter hair gel, to give it a messy yet GLITTERY glow.
